Welcome to the official website of Al Yasmine Training Center. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the website or registering for any service, program, course, or session provided by the Center.
Your use of the website, your communication with the Center, or your completion of any registration or payment means that you have read, understood, and fully and bindingly agreed to these terms.
1. Definitions
The following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
- The Center: Al Yasmine Training Center.
- The Website: the official website of the Center and any related pages, forms, or links.
- The Services: counseling sessions, consultations & guidance, training courses, group programs, workshops, lectures, tests, assessments, forms, worksheets, educational content, and any other service provided by the Center.
- The Client / Subscriber / Member: any person who uses the website, registers for a service of the Center, or pays for it.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or registering for any of the Center's services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, in addition to any other policies published on the website, including the Privacy Policy, the Programs and Courses Policy, the Counseling Policy, and the Refund and Freeze Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or register for the Center's services.
3. Nature of the Services
The Center provides training, guidance, psychological, and educational services online, and these services may be individual or group-based.
Content published on the website, on the Center's accounts, or within programs does not constitute an individual medical or psychological diagnosis, and does not replace direct professional assessment when needed.
4. Registration and Acceptance
The Center may request the completion of a registration form or questionnaire, or conduct an evaluation interview, before accepting a subscriber into some programs.
The Center reserves the right to accept or reject any registration request if it deems that the program does not suit the applicant's needs or condition, or the interest of the group, or the professional framework of the service.
Registration is considered confirmed after the required data is completed, payment is made, and an official confirmation is received from the Center.
5. Accuracy of Data
The client undertakes to provide correct, accurate, and up-to-date data when registering, booking, or paying.
The Center bears no responsibility arising from the provision of incorrect or incomplete information by the client.
6. Fees and Payment
The fees for each service or program are determined according to what the Center announces at the time of registration.
Fees must be paid in accordance with the payment mechanism approved by the Center.
The Center may offer full payment, monthly payment, or installment options for some programs, and the client's choice of any payment plan constitutes agreement to its terms.
7. Monthly Payment and Installments
If monthly payment is chosen, the subscriber agrees to activate recurring monthly payment, whereby fees are automatically deducted on their set date each month upon first agreeing to registration.
Choosing monthly payment does not mean that the program is a monthly one that can be cancelled at any time; rather, it means that the program fees are distributed over installments.
After the program begins, the subscriber is committed to paying the due installments until the end of the agreed plan, even if they stop attending or participating, unless the management agrees otherwise in writing.
8. Withdrawal and Refund Policy
After registration is confirmed and payment is completed, paid fees cannot be refunded.
Withdrawal after payment with a demand for a refund is not accepted.
What is available in some cases is freezing the fees or transferring the subscription, in accordance with the approved freeze policy and the discretion and management of the Center.
9. Freeze Policy
If a subscriber pays program or course fees and is unable to attend before the start of the program or before attending the first two meetings, the Center may, at its discretion, freeze the fees and transfer them to a later cohort of the same program or to another suitable program.
After attending the second meeting of any program, especially long programs such as the Journey of Excellence program, the subscriber is considered to have begun actual benefit, and the fees can no longer be frozen, transferred, or converted to a later course.
Any exceptions, if any, are made only by a written administrative decision from the Center.
10. Attendance and Absence
The Center's programs depend on commitment to attendance, participation, and application.
In group programs, sessions missed by the subscriber are not compensated, and no alternative session is provided, in order to preserve the flow of the program and the stability of the group.
The subscriber bears responsibility for absence, lateness, or failure to follow the required exercises.
11. Commitment Within Programs
The subscriber undertakes the following:
- Attending sessions at their scheduled times.
- Respecting the trainer and participants.
- Participating in a manner appropriate to the nature of the program.
- Not interrupting the flow of sessions.
- Refraining from abuse, bullying, ridicule, or threats.
- Not publishing any content belonging to the group.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of what is said within group programs.
The Center has the right to stop the participation of any person who violates these rules without a refund of fees.
12. Recording of Programs and Courses
The Center may record some courses, training meetings, or group programs for internal purposes, such as quality, development, documentation, and internal training.
These recordings are not delivered to subscribers, and the subscriber has no right to request them, unless the Center explicitly announces that the recordings will be available.
Individual training and counseling sessions are not recorded, in order to preserve privacy, except in exceptional cases and with clear written consent from the client and the Center.
13. Prohibition of Recording by Subscribers
It is strictly prohibited to record any session, course, meeting, or program by audio or video, to capture the screen, or to share links or content, without prior written consent from the Center.
Any violation of this is considered an infringement of privacy and intellectual property, and the Center has the right to take appropriate measures.

It is prohibited to attempt to hack the website, disable it, copy its content, or use it in a way that harms the Center or others.
16. External Links
The website may contain links to external websites or platforms. The Center bears no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any external website.
17. Limitations of Liability
The Center exercises reasonable professional care in providing its services; however, it does not guarantee specific or identical results for all clients.
Results vary according to commitment, the nature of the case, personal circumstances, level of application, and readiness to change.
The Center bears no responsibility for any personal, medical, family, or professional decisions taken by the client based on general content without referring to an appropriate specialist.
18. Force Majeure
The Center bears no responsibility for delay, cancellation, or modification resulting from circumstances beyond its control, such as internet outages, technical failures, sudden illness, government decisions, natural disasters, or any other force majeure.
In these cases, the Center has the right to reschedule the service or modify the method of its delivery as it sees appropriate.
19. Modification of Terms
The Center reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications take effect from the date of their publication on the website.
Continued use of the website or services after the publication of modifications means agreement to them.
20. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in the United Arab Emirates.
21. Contact
For any inquiry about these terms, please contact the Center's management through the official communication channels published on the website.
This policy aims to clarify the nature of the psychological counseling and advisory sessions provided by Al Yasmine Center, their professional limits, and the client's rights and obligations.
1. Nature of Psychological Counseling Sessions
Psychological or advisory sessions are a safe professional space aimed at understanding, assessment, support, building awareness, and developing psychological and behavioral skills.
Psychological counseling is a collaborative process between the counselor and the client, and requires attendance, commitment, openness, and application between sessions.
2. No Guarantee of Results
The counselor exerts professional effort using appropriate tools; however, the Center does not guarantee a specific result or particular improvement within a set number of sessions.
Results differ from one person to another according to the nature of the case, degree of commitment, personal circumstances, psychological history, surrounding support, and readiness to change.
3. Limits of the Service
Psychological counseling sessions are not an emergency service.
In the event of a direct risk to the life, safety, or well-being of the client or others, you must immediately contact emergency services, the nearest hospital, or the competent authorities.
Psychological counseling sessions do not replace medical or pharmacological psychiatric treatment when needed.
4. Cases That May Require Referral
The counselor may find that the case requires a psychiatrist, a specialist physician, a hospital, a protection authority, or an emergency service.
In this case, the Center has the right to refer the client to the appropriate authority, or to decline to continue the service if it is outside the scope of its competence.
5. Professional Confidentiality
The Center is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the client's information and the content of sessions.
No personal information is disclosed except with the client's consent or in cases required by law or professional safety.
6. Limits of Confidentiality
The Center may be compelled to break confidentiality in limited cases, including:
- A serious risk to the client's life.
- A serious risk to another person's life.
- The existence of abuse, violence, or exploitation that requires reporting under the law.
- An official request from a competent judicial or regulatory authority.
- Protecting the legal rights of the Center.
7. Recording of Sessions
Individual psychological sessions are not recorded by audio or video, in order to preserve privacy.
The client is prohibited from recording the session, filming it, or publishing any part of it without prior written consent from the Center.
8. Appointments and Lateness
The client is committed to attending at the set appointment.
If the client is late, the session time is not extended automatically, and the session ends at its scheduled time.
If the delay exceeds a period determined by the Center, the session may be considered consumed.
9. Cancellation or Postponement of Sessions
A request to cancel or postpone a session must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment, unless the Center specifies another period.
In case of non-attendance or late notice, the session may be considered consumed and non-refundable.
10. Client's Responsibility
The client undertakes the following:
- Providing correct information as far as possible.
- Informing the counselor of any current diagnoses, medications, or risks.
- Committing to appointments.
- Carrying out the agreed exercises when needed.
- Not using the session for abuse, threats, or defamation.
11. Communication Outside Sessions
Communication outside sessions is for organizational purposes such as appointments, links, or instructions, and is not a substitute for the counseling session.
The counselor is not obligated to provide immediate therapeutic intervention via messages outside session time.
12. Remote Sessions
When providing sessions online, the client is committed to providing a private, safe place and a suitable internet connection.
The Center bears no responsibility for connection outages or weak network on the client's side.
13. Minors
In the case of providing a service to a minor, the Center may require the consent of the guardian, while taking into account the minor's privacy and the limits of professional confidentiality.
14. Ending the Service
The Center has the right to end the therapeutic relationship, or to decline to continue it, if it turns out that the case is outside the scope of competence, or in the event of repeated abuse, lack of commitment, professional conflict, or unsuitability of the service.
15. Informed Consent
By registering for psychological counseling sessions, the client acknowledges that they have understood the nature of the service, its limits, and the confidentiality, cancellation, and payment policies, and agreed to them.
This policy governs enrollment in the group or individual programs, courses, and workshops provided by Al Yasmine Center.
1. Nature of the Programs
The Center's programs are training, developmental, psychological, and educational, and may include lectures, group sessions, exercises, worksheets, applications, discussions, assessments, or practical assignments.
Benefiting from the programs depends on attendance, participation, and application, and not merely on registration or watching.
2. Commitment to Attendance
The subscriber is committed to attending the meetings at their set time, participating in a manner appropriate to the nature of the program, and carrying out the required exercises.
Absence or weak participation may affect the level of benefit, and the Center bears no responsibility for that.
3. Group Programs
In group programs, the subscriber is committed to respecting the group, maintaining confidentiality, and not sharing any story, experience, or name outside the framework of the program.
The Center has the right to exclude any person who breaches the confidentiality of the group, mistreats participants, or disrupts the flow of the program.
4. Absence
Sessions missed by the subscriber in group programs are not compensated.
No alternative session or special recording is provided to those who were absent, unless the Center announces otherwise in writing.
5. Withdrawal and Refund
After completing payment and confirming registration, fees cannot be refunded.
Withdrawal after payment with a demand for a refund is not accepted, because reserving a seat affects the organization of the program, the number of participants, and the available seats.
6. Freeze and Transfer
If a subscriber pays program fees and is unable to attend before the start of the program, the Center may, at its discretion, transfer the subscription to a later cohort.
In long programs, a freeze may be requested only before attending the first two meetings.
After attending the second meeting, fees cannot be frozen, transferred, or converted to another program.
7. Journey of Excellence Program
With respect to the Journey of Excellence program, the subscriber acknowledges that the program is based on commitment, application, and participation.
After attending the second meeting, the subscriber is considered to have begun actual benefit from the program, and is no longer permitted to freeze the subscription, refund the fees, or convert them to a later cohort.
If a subscriber pays and never begins attending at all, the Center may consider a freeze request and transfer the fees to a later cohort according to available capacity.
8. Majlis Aliya and Group Training and Counseling Programs
Group training programs, including Majlis Aliya, depend on continuity, confidentiality, safety, and commitment.
Therefore, absence is not compensated, and sharing worksheets or program content with anyone outside the group is not permitted.
The Center may require an evaluation session or a nomination form before acceptance, and completing the form does not mean final acceptance.
9. Monthly Payment
When choosing monthly payment, the subscriber agrees to the automatic deduction of monthly fees in accordance with the approved payment plan.
Stopping attendance does not mean stopping the due installments.
Any request to stop or modify the payment plan is subject to the written approval of the Center's management.
10. Recordings
Some training programs may be recorded by the management for purposes of quality, development, and internal documentation.
Recordings are not granted to subscribers unless this is announced within the program description.
The subscriber is prohibited from recording meetings, capturing the screen, or sharing links or content.
11. Worksheets and Educational Content
All worksheets, assessments, tests, presentations, exercises, files, forms, and plans provided within the programs are dedicated to the personal use of the subscriber only.
It is prohibited to use them in training, therapy, education, publishing, sale, or sharing with others without prior written consent from the Center.
12. Non-Acceptance of Certain Categories
The Center has the right not to accept some applicants into certain programs if the nature of the program does not suit them, or if the program is dedicated to a specific category, or if their acceptance conflicts with the program's privacy or objectives.
13. Certificates
If the program grants a certificate of attendance or completion, the Center may require a minimum level of attendance, participation, or application.
The Center is not obligated to issue a certificate to anyone who did not comply with the program's conditions.
14. Modification of Appointments
The Center has the right to modify the time of any meeting, postpone it, or change the platform used when needed, with notice to participants whenever possible.
15. Subscriber Conduct
The following is prohibited within the programs:
- Abuse.
- Bullying.
- Repeated interruption.
- Recording without permission.
- Sharing links.
- Disclosing participants' secrets.
- Using the content for commercial purposes.
- Personal promotion within the group without consent.
16. Termination of Subscription
The Center has the right to terminate the subscription of any subscriber who violates this policy or harms the group or the Center, without a refund of fees.
17. Acknowledgment
By registering for any program, the subscriber acknowledges that they have read this policy, understood it, and agreed to it.
This policy aims to clarify the rules of payment, refund, freeze, and transfer relating to the services of Al Yasmine Center.
1. General Principle
All fees paid to the Center for sessions, programs, courses, consultations & guidance, or workshops are considered non-refundable after registration is confirmed, unless the Center's management decides otherwise in writing.
2. Reason for Non-Refund
The Center relies on a system of limited seats and appointments, and accepting a subscriber results in reserving a time slot, seat, or training or therapeutic resource.
Therefore, completing payment means a commitment from the subscriber to the chosen service.
3. Freeze as an Alternative to Refund
In some cases, the Center may offer the option of freezing fees instead of refunding them.
A freeze means transferring the paid fees to a later cohort of the same program, or to another suitable service approved by the Center.
A freeze is not an automatic right; rather, it is subject to the approval of the Center's management and the availability of seats and appointments.
4. Freeze Before the Program Starts
If a subscriber pays program fees and is unable to attend before it starts, they may request a freeze before the program's start date.
The management studies the request and decides on the possibility of transferring it to a later cohort.
5. Freeze After the Program Starts
In long programs, a freeze may be requested only before attending the first two meetings.
After attending the second meeting, a freeze request is not accepted, because the subscriber will have begun actual benefit from the program.
6. Withdrawal
The subscriber's withdrawal or cessation of attendance does not lead to a refund of fees or cancellation of due installments.
7. Individual Sessions
For individual sessions, a request to postpone or cancel must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
In case of non-attendance or late notice, the session is considered consumed and non-refundable or non-compensable.
8. Session Packages
If a client purchases a package of sessions, it must be used within the period specified by the Center.
Sessions not used after the period ends may be considered expired, unless the Center agrees in writing to an extension.
9. Monthly Payment
When choosing monthly payment, the subscriber agrees to commit to the full payment plan.
Deduction is made automatically on the set dates in accordance with the consent provided by the subscriber at registration.
Absence, withdrawal, or non-application does not lead to cancellation of the due installments.
10. Failure of the Payment Process
In the event of a failure of the monthly payment process, the Center has the right to suspend the subscriber's access to the program, materials, or sessions until the due amount is settled.
11. Offers and Discounts
Discounts and offers are not exchangeable for cash and are not applied retroactively.
If a subscriber registered at a certain price and the Center then announced a later offer, they have no right to demand the application of the new offer to a prior registration.
12. Transfer to Another Person
The subscription may not be transferred to another person except with written approval from the Center.
13. Cancellation of the Program by the Center
If the Center cancels a program entirely before it starts, the subscriber has the right to choose between transferring the fees to a later date or refunding the fees paid for that program.
14. Emergency Circumstances
In emergency cases or force majeure, the Center has the right to postpone the service, reschedule it, or change the method of its delivery.
15. Consent
Completing payment means the client's full agreement to this policy.
